The Job


The QA & Customer Complaint Coordinator is a challenging position within the Global Quality team in Lyngby, and with a lot of responsibility, career opportunities and challenges - being:
  • Maintenance of the QMS, Planning and execution of internal and external audits.
  • Be a facilitator to process owners in improving business processes.
  • Reporting of key performance statistics and follow up.
  • The Customer Complaint Coordinator take functional ownership for the customer complaint handling process from start to end, interfacing to other groups involved in customer complaints, (RD, Operations, Order Handling, Shipping, etc.)
  • Drive Root Cause investigation and corrective actions across the Business Unit. Prepare customer response.
  • Through data analysis propose and drive systemic corrective actions and Continuous Improvement activities across SATCOM
Your responsibilities:
  • Owner of the customer complaint handling
  • Keep track of cost of complaint handling
  • Monthly Global Quality complaint reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvements and corrective actions
Your qualifications:
  • Experience with quality management systems (Qualiware) and internal audits.
  • Experience with Customer Complaint handling and root cause investigations 
  • 8D reporting
  • Knowledegable about regulatory requirements (E.g.: CE, R&TTE, Environmental, RoHS, WEEE)
  • Project Management Assistant Experience, planning, risk management, reporting
  • Good English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Min 3-5 years work experience from a QA Departement.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or similar
  • Experience with ISO 9001/14001
  • Knowledge of other quality standards is a plus.
  • Self motivating, structured and organized
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Results oriented with attention to details - data driven and analytic
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent at interpreting data and forming meaningful conclusions from both quantitative and qualitative information
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations both verbally and using powerpoint
  • Commercial understanding
  • Able to work under pressure and comfortable with a changing workload
  • Team player
  • Confident
  • Fluent English and Danish written and spoken
