As a Business Developer, you are the hero in terms of lead generation, relationship building and marketing campaign execution. Konsolidator delivers a SaaS financial platform that supports companies in their financial consolidation and reporting process by saving time and ensuring reliable data, thereby empowering them to make better decisions.

Konsolidator is a dynamic and high-growth, innovative company that just got successfully listed on the Nasdaq First North in Denmark. They have happy clients in many countries and plan to expand into even more markets. Therefore, Konsolidator needs people with different linguistic backgrounds to help with the early stages of sales in the various countries - and right now, UK is in focus.

The position as a Business Developer involves lead generation using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and various international and local business databases. Together with the rest of your team, you will generate leads and distribute emails based on lead lists. You will call and follow up on companies that show interest and you will discuss the solution with the client. You will ensure continuous follow-up until you book the meetings for the consultants in the field. And finally, you will manage and register the entire process is in Konsolidator's CRM system.

Located in Konsolidator’s headquarter just outside Copenhagen, you will be part of a strong team with good colleagues who work in different areas such as System Development, Sales & Marketing and Onboarding/Implementation. The job as a Business Developer gives you a high degree of flexibility in your work life and good development opportunities. To a certain extent, you can work from home, and you can customize your working hours depending on your private life. Hence, a part-time contract, possibly with occasional evening hours is also an option.


Your professional and personal profile


Your exact educational and professional background is not crucial, but some knowledge in finance and/or accounting is necessary. Experience with sales via mail and/or phone will be an advantage, but not a must. Most important is your interest in having a flexible job, where - together with the rest of the team - you can make use of your language skills in developing Konsolidator's business by spreading awareness of the company to the international markets.

What you have not done before, you can learn. You will, of course, get a thorough introduction, where you will learn all you need to know, including the applied IT systems.

As a person, we imagine a profile with a strong drive and self-discipline to keep the sales process going with mails and calls. Furthermore, we expect to find the following personal characteristics:
