We are excited to help our client Konsolidator in their search for an exceptional Growth and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure demand and lead generating marketing programs and to build a strong digital presence for the company through their website and paid and owned digital media.




Konsolidator delivers a SaaS financial platform that supports companies in their financial consolidation and reporting process by saving time and ensuring reliable data, thereby empowering them to make better decisions.

Konsolidator is a dynamic and high-growth, innovative company that just got successfully listed on the Nasdaq First North in Denmark. They have happy customers in many countries and plan to expand into even more markets.

The Growth and Digital Marketing Manager position is located in Konsolidator’s headquarter just outside Copenhagen. You will be part of a marketing team of three marketing specialists with two colleagues within content marketing, copywriting, campaign marketing and events. One content specialist will report to you. You will help Konsolidator further build and expand the marketing team as the company grows. You will report directly to the CEO.

Being the ideal candidate, you are a hands-on digital marketing profile with a strong focus on generating traffic and leads to Konsolidator by working in a structured way with marketing funnels and buyer journeys, SEO, SEM, website design and social media.
Together with the rest of the marketing team - and in close collaboration with the Sales team – you will plan and implement demand and lead generation programs to generate a high volume of quality leads for Sales to work on.


What you'll do:

  • Define and implement strategies to drive traffic and leads to Konsolidator across digital and social media platforms
  • Manage the content specialist and help build and expand the Konsolidator marketing team as the company grows
  • Understand deeply the buyer journey and life cycle of Konsolidator customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Create and implement an intuitive website design and user experience with clear messaging and CTAs that support the buyer journey of website visitors
  • Drive online traffic to the Konsolidator website using all digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social advertising, paid advertising, retargeting, content marketing and social media
  • Contribute by creating, writing, editing and optimizing posts across online and social platforms
  • Apply analytics for the whole buyer journey, thereby tracking conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel and other value-metrics to continually analyze and improve results and report on these to the CEO
  • Work with marketing automation and best practice marketing programs to build an effective inbound marketing funnel program that drives leads through the funnel to Sales
  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives from initial stages through to delivery that generate high volume of demand and new leads
  • Collaborate with Konsolidator’s Sales and CX teams to ensure a joint go-to-market approach attracting and servicing the right type of customers

What you have:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with proven strong results, preferably in a related industry or a SaaS company
  • A proven track record of hands-on managing demand and lead generation by using systems and channels like Marketing Automation, PPC, SEO, Social Media, website, and landing page tactics
  • Experience and skills within product marketing and inbound marketing, enabling you to create a strong company position and drive marketing programs to attract and acquire the right customers
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and you thrive in fast-moving organizations where you make an impact in driving high profitable growth
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to turn data into insights to drive effective marketing programs and drive business value
  • An interest in building your marketing leadership experience
